Landlord Irving Langer has cut off negotiations with the tenants. The tenants found a preservation buyer who is committed to keeping the building affordable and is ready to make an offer! We're calling an emergency rally to demand that the landlord come back to the table and negotiate in good faith!
Our mission is simple to remain in our homes. The homes where we have created memories, raised families in and grown old in for the past 30 years.
#Save63Tiffany Rally + Press Conference 7-25-23
In loving memory of our beloved neighbor, Paulette Coston. Ms. Paulette was our neighbor for close to 30 years. She was one of the founding members of the 63 Tiffany Tenants Association and a fierce advocate, even traveling to Albany a few times to speak and lobby on our behalf. She was cherished and loved. She helped start our fight for Housing Justice but unfortunately couldn’t see it to its end, but rest assured Ms. Paulette we will continue this fight in your memory with you watching over us
